Khmer spelling : (khmah' lngong teub jeh', khmah kror teub mean)

English by Khmer: (ashamed ignorant then knowing, ashamed poor then be rich)

English Description: If you feel shame at being ignorant, you will become educated; if you feel shame at being poor, you will become rich. In the opposite, people who are not ashamed of their own deficiencies are considered stupid.
